Burnout sucks. Plain and simple. In today’s society we feel so much pressure to do more, work more, earn more that it also seems burnout is inevitable.

 

That doesn’t have to be the case though. You do not need to burn the candle at both ends in order to lead a truly fulfilled and successful life. You just need to be intentional and strategic in how you tackle your priorities.

 

This week we discuss ways to do that and how we’ve felt the pull of burnout – and when it’s gotten the best of us.
